"is a hum of spring, static and flowering, resting in the palm of the warming months. is a bowl, emptied and floating downstream, amid sticks and leaves. is an open field, with sunlight squinting back at us, us not knowing we’re about to change. is a scattering of stars in the heart, windblown like dust onto a piano’s strings. is a glimpse of the spitting light that trails the ridges of my fingerprints. is an echo of footsteps, soaked in a new day, kicking against nostalgia’s depth. is a vessel overturned, surfacing gradually, slowly, gently, on a pure blue horizon. is a vivid presence, is of all pleasure, of all pain. is no place at last, at last, no place."
